"When you arrive it's no info about how to get in or instructions for check in. You can only rely on the host answering your message or answering the phone which he did not. He came out 10 minutes after agreed arrival time and recognized that I was waiting. Also the key drop off is outside across street and the shop next to it happened to be throwing their garbage out so we had to move several boxes and grabage bags to get to the lockbox."
